New Team Members Bring Valuable Talents and Experience
Ft. Myers Fla – March 18, 2026 –
Paintball for Purpose, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting veterans and tournament players with counseling and mental health resources, is proud to announce the addition of two new board members as the 2026 Major League Paintball season begins.
Regina Toops and Josh Silverman bring additional professional experience and a passion for the Paintball for Purpose mission.
“We could not be happier to welcome Regina and Josh to the team”, said Tami Adamson, Founder and Executive Director of Paintball for Purpose. “Between Regina’s business experience and Josh’s legendary career in the paintball industry and paintball media, we added two exceptional people who are fully committed to our cause.”

Regina Toops, an accomplished sales and marketing professional with 20+ years of experience spanning real estate, nonprofit development, and legal marketing; Regina brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high value partnerships, and executing large-scale marketing campaigns and events, among her many talents. Regina has also been a valuable volunteer during Paintball for Purpose’s first year.
“I am thrilled to join the Paintball for Purpose board”, said Regina. “I watched this organization start as a noble idea and materialize into a professionally run operation with clear and impactful goals. I am honored to step into this leadership role and excited for the good work ahead.”
Josh Silverman has been in the paintball world for over 32 years with 25+ spent working full time in the paintball industry. His storied resume includes time with Valken Sports and GI Sportz / Tippmann Sports / Empire / JT Paintball, just to name a few. Josh has also contributed greatly to documenting the sport and industry as a writer, editor, or photographer for just about every paintball publication that has ever existed, including: Paintball.Media Magazine, Paintball Games International Magazine, Action Pursuit Games Magazine, Faceful Magazine, Hunt X3 Magazine (w/ Bob Long), Splat Magazine, and the list goes on. Josh perfectly exemplifies a lifetime given to paintball.
“I cannot thank Tami Adamson more for her vision and tireless work over the last year in building an organization that was needed in our paintball community”, said Josh. “As someone who has personally battled clinical depression and severe anxiety, I take the mission of this organization very seriously. I love the paintball community more than I could ever adequately explain and I am humbled to serve this community and sport that has given so much to me and my family.”
In addition to Regina and Josh’s appointments, Paintball for Purpose also named a new chairman, Adam Lovejoy. Adam has served on the board from the start of the organization. Outgoing chairman, Chris Hudson, is stepping aside for a bit due to professional demands.
“We will miss Chris greatly in this role”, said Adamson. “He worked with me every step of the way from the initial concept through the grit and grind of building and growing in our first year. I couldn’t have done it without him. We are blessed with a great team and Adam Lovejoy has been a valuable part of our efforts. We are grateful for his willingness to step in the chairman role as we build on our momentum.”
Chris Hudson remarked, “I’m really pleased with the progress we made over the last year and grateful for all the support from the community. I have no doubt Tami will continue to crush it along with the rest of the team, and Adam will serve well in the chairman role.
Lovejoy put it succinctly, “We have a strong team, thanks to Tami’s and Chris’s leadership. The support from the community has been amazing. I am honored to work with her, our amazing board, our dedicated counselors, and the wonderful people who make up the world of paintball.”
